Anvaya Cove

Anvaya Cove is Ayala Land Inc.'s first leisure offering and is envisioned to be a place where families will be brought closer together through a uniquely natural leisure experience. Situated at the mouth of Subic Bay, just few kilometers away from the Subic Bay Freeport Zone, it is strategically located in an area which boasts of natural surroundings but is at the same time close enough to the various leisure offerings of Subic. The site is composed of rolling foothills that meet the sea.

Within it is a forest that is home to a variety of plants and birds, hundreds of mango and narra trees, bamboo groves and a natural creek with fresh running water. It has 2 coves of fine sandy beaches and clear blue waters, all set against a backdrop of the Bataan and Zambales mountain ranges. Anvaya Cove strives to preserve the natural beauty of the site. Guidelines adapt to the natural lay of the land, which ensures the preservation of wide open spaces; safeguarding of natural features like trees, wetlands and other scenic qualities; cluster development around natural features; low impact pedestrian, bicycle and cart paths.
